Executive Search Screening Process: Assess, Select, Develop

Select:

  • Assessment Tools: Depending on the client’s preferences, we may employ various assessment tools, such as psychometric assessments or technical evaluations, to gain further insights into candidates’ abilities.
  • Reference Checks: We conduct thorough reference checks to verify candidates’ qualifications, work history, and interpersonal skills. These checks provide valuable third-party perspectives.

 

Develop:

  • Client Presentation: We present our clients with a select group of candidates who have successfully passed the assessment and selection stages. During this phase, we provide comprehensive candidate profiles and interview summaries.
  • Client Interviews: Clients conduct their interviews with the presented candidates to gauge their suitability and cultural alignment.
  • Offer Negotiation: We assist in offer negotiations, helping both parties reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Onboarding Support: After a candidate accepts an offer, we provide onboarding support to ensure a smooth transition into the new role. We continue to work closely with both the client and the candidate during this critical phase.
